Refunds and Product Warranty
SnS Equipment provides a thirty (30) day product warranty that includes parts replacement on all products we manufacture and are purchased from our online store, at any Arm Wrestling Tournament, Exhibition Event or Training Seminar.
Our products have a limited refund and/or replacement policy based on specific circumstances, which are limited to; damages during shipment, defective or missing parts and wrong product delivery.
If you have problems with your order or purchase, Call our Office Immediately During Business Hours [M-F 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST] (812) 604-5147 to Receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER or replacement parts.
If you need to return a product, We DO NOT pay for return shipment unless it was damaged by the shipper or it is not the product you ordered. In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price, all authorized returns must be in the original shipping container and in unused condition. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.
Digital Product Warranty
We also provide access to a wide variety of videos, audio files, articles, ebooks, plus other digital products and services that are for the purpose of education, information and entertainment. Our products and services include; video lessons, audio recordings, ebooks, articles, blog posts, plus other products and services in digital and/or physical form.
Due to the digital nature of the audio and video files, and the fact that you can watch the full-length video, or an excerpt, on our website without cost, all sales are final.
Once a digital product and/or service has been delivered or posted online; in the form of reading, viewing, watching a video or listening to an audio or video presentation online or by a direct download, the product or service we sell or giveaway is consumed by the user and therefore cannot be returned unused.
We offer NO Refund on the sales of any downloaded digital file. I only warrant the integrity of the video and/or audio files and will replace any file that is damaged or lost during or after your purchase. You are required to present your receipt when requesting fresh downloads.
The use of any video or audio file that you download are for your personal use and a source of information and entertainment. Your purchase indicates that you agree with the above statement and all published policies on this website.
